Second Chance Leasing
We recognize that past difficulties should not define a person’s future. As a second-chance housing provider, we evaluate applicants based on their current stability and willingness to maintain a positive rental history moving forward. While past evictions, criminal records, or low credit scores may be considered, they do not automatically disqualify applicants.
Application Process & Requirements
- All applicants must complete a rental application and provide valid identification.
- Proof of income or financial assistance must be submitted to demonstrate the ability to meet rental obligations.
- A background check may be conducted, but past legal issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with a focus on rehabilitation and stability.
- A reasonable security deposit will be required, with flexible payment options available in certain cases.
Tenant Responsibilities
To maintain a safe and respectful living environment , tenants must: Follow all lease terms and property rules. Make timely rental payments. Respect neighbors and property. Report maintenance concerns promptly.
